Our key to success is based on providing free hydration help and advice, before and after you buy your water cooler. You may already have your own cooler which we can still offer advice and servicing for the future.
When required, we carry out site surveys to ask all the right questions from the start, making sure that the correct hydration equipment is specified to meet your specific office and building needs.
During our consultation we take a closer look at the numbers of staff in your team that require water, and how often. We look at the provision of chilled, filtered cold drinking water as well as hot and cold options so staff can make tea and coffee.
Specifying the right drinking water products for the location ensures total customer satisfaction when the cold or hot water dispensers are installed on site. We make sure the required space, power supply and mains water supply is in order and that whatever we specify is fit for your purpose.
Tailor Made Servicing
Whether you have bottled water coolers or mains fed coolers we can offer packages to suit all needs ensuring fresh chilled water is kept to its highest quality at all times. This will prolong the life of your water cooler maintaining a healthy and hygienic source of fresh water keeping the cooler energy efficient.
It is recommended that bottled water coolers are sanitised every 3months and mains-fed water coolers have their filters changed every 6 months. This is all covered under our rental agreement or can be offered on all water coolers that may be owned by our customers. All of our maintenance operations are carried out by our team of highly qualified service engineers to certified levels and best practice.
Maintenance contracts for both types of coolers are available or you can pay as you go.
